WHAT IS CABARET?
The Cabaret patron seats themselves comfortably in the showroom and – having sampled the establishment’s epicurean offerings – relaxes at their cocktail table with a fresh drink at their elbow. They feel the house lights dim and they turn their attention to the performer on stage and say to them:

— “Tell me a story”

The Artist takes the stage, dressed to the nines, and with nothing but a mic in front of them and a great musician at the piano, commands the attention, emotions, and adoration of their audience for 75 minutes – giving the patron the story that they crave.

Cabaret is, at its heart, the purest form of storytelling with words and music.

The essence of Cabaret lies in the ability of an individual artist to tell a story.
